What kind of products does Oriqvane offer?

Oriqvane offers women’s fashion pieces designed for modern wardrobes, including knitwear, tops, dresses, matching sets, bottoms, and seasonal essentials.

How do I choose the right size?

Please check the size chart on each product page before placing your order. Product-specific measurements are the best reference because fit may vary by fabric, cut, and silhouette.

If you are between sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Will the product color look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to display product colors accurately. However, colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen brightness, and device display settings.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some popular styles may be restocked, but restock availability is not guaranteed. We recommend ordering your favorite pieces while they are available.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

After your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation email. Please check your inbox and spam folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact us with the email address used at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or shipped, changes and cancellations may no longer be available.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct shipping address. If your order has not yet been processed, we will try to update it.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Discount codes and promotional offers usually cannot be combined unless clearly stated. Some offers may apply automatically at checkout.

Yes. Oriqvane offers free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders over $80.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated standard U.S. delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow some time for the tracking link to update after shipment.

Why has my tracking information not updated?

Tracking updates may take time to appear after a package is shipped. Carrier scans can also be delayed during weekends, holidays, or busy shipping periods.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping availability may vary by destination. If international shipping is available for your location, shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with tags and packaging where applicable.

How do I start a return?

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
