Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident shopping with Oriqvane. Please review our return and exchange guidelines before submitting a request.

Return Window

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the return conditions listed below.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories should be included where applicable.

Items with signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, alteration, damage, or missing tags may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, some items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimates, underwear, bodysuits, or swimwear
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

How To Start A Return

1. Contact Us First

Please email us at molina@rushyard.store with your order number and the item you would like to return.

2. Wait For Return Instructions

Our customer care team will review your request and provide the next steps if your item is eligible.

3. Do Not Send Items Without Approval

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Oriqvane is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and exchange request.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and handling charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue so our team can review your request and provide the best solution.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We will do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation or changes may no longer be available.

Refused Or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs fees, additional shipping costs may apply. Refunds for such orders may exclude shipping costs and carrier fees.
